Humor is Good For You (According to Harvard)

For any doubters about the power of humor (and it’s relation to business and the “bottom line”) read on:

According to the November, 2007 issue of the Harvard Business Review, one of the ways to build the brain and exercise “cognitive fitness” is to “Read Funny Books.”

“Humor promotes insight and enhances our health - even the immune system seems to love a good joke, as it is strengthened by the user of humor and the perspective it offers.”

Other brain gym activities:
Play games
Act out
Go “walk about”
Try new technologies

Bottom Line: Funny is good for your brain.
