I met a good man who recently asked advice about how to best become a motivational or professional speaker. My advice? Well, I have a bunch of advice for wanna be speakers, but on the top of the list is to become a member of the National Speakers Association.

I’m a proud member of the national (and Colorado chapter) of the National Speakers Association, and I gotta say, it’s been more than worth my investment. As a good friend and fellow Colorado speaker once told me, “Brad, the NSA is like community college for speakers. Join!” Sounded good then, sounds even better now.
