I like clown noses for a bunch of reasons, but the main one is that they are a safe and easy way for even the most humor-challenged among us can to be (and feel) humorous. And what’s better… those of us who are MOST serious, and most grumpy earn a much larger grin (or laugh) from our workmates/families/victims than do those of us who are frequently funny.

Imagine the look on your staff’s faces if you are a serious, hard-core-business manager or corporate executive when you wear one of these pieces of foam on your nose for the first 4 minutes of your meeting. Imagine how funny it would be if you don’t even mention it. If you never tell ‘em why you are wearing a clown nose.

The result? They’ll love you for taking a chance. They’ll love you for doing your part to make the meeting more fun. You’ll create a positive, upbeat, creative mood for your meeting. And in the end, they’ll perform better for you.
