I thought your presentation at NCOF was the funniest and best presentation about getting people to lighten up. The “How cool is that?” question is a simple reminder to stop and try to “get it”. I went back to work on Wednesday and saw that the suction cup ball I threw up on the ceiling vent last Thursday was still stuck and said “How cool is that?” Now my co-workers thought I was nuts when talking about your presentation, but after I explained your son’s chase game, they understood. They already thought I was a little nuts (the fact that the suction cup ball thing is not abnormal for me should explain) why), but now I have an excuse, and NCOF presenter told me to do it. Thanks, enjoyed it immensely.
